The following rules (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") represent the official Rules for the “Country Time Lemonade…Quench Your Thirst” Sweepstakes" (hereinafter referred to as "Sweepstakes")

Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the Continental United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Vermont, who are 18 years of age or older as of May 11, 2009. Employees of the Sponsor, the Sponsor's Affiliates or any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

2. HOW TO ENTER: There is one way to enter the Sweepstakes, beginning 12:00:01 AM EST May 11, 2009 and ending 11:59:59 PM EST July 5, 2009:

To enter, entrants must visit www.aurn.com and www.sgnthelight.com and complete an online entry form, including all requested information. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EST July 5, 2009 and must be complete in order to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrants' online service will apply. Neither American Urban Radio Networks (AURN) ("Sponsor"), Pinesol, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and the directors, officers, employees or agencies, nor any of their respective partners or prize suppliers (collectively, the "Sponsor Affiliates") assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Limit one entry per person/family/household.

3. GRAND PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Two (2) Grand Prize - A “Country Time Lemonade…Quench Your Thirst” Barbecue Prize Package consisting of; Barbecue Grill ARV: $300 ; Grilling Utensils ARV: $30; Barbecue accessories Kit ARV: $30 ; Charcoal ARV: $40, $100 towards the purchase of gilling food; and CountryTime Lemonade ARV: $100. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) with prize of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $600.

4. RANDOM DRAWING/ WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing, on or about July 13th, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by AURN, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to complete, sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release within 7 days of notification attempt. If the potential Grand Prize winner's affidavit and release is not returned to the Sponsor, within 7 days of date of prize notification, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting.

5. GENERAL RULES: Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes, and, in such event, to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges. All aspects of the prize are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Grand Prize winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and waive any and all claims of liability of any kind whatsoever against the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor Affiliates including any accident, loss, injury or death occurring or in any way related to the prize or use/misuse thereof or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use the prize. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Winner, in accepting his/her prize, consent to the use of his/her name, address (city, state), photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Grand Prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes.

6. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE: The PA Courts (State & Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the promotion and the laws of the state of PA shall govern the same. Each entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and hereby irrevocably submits to the venue of those courts within the county of Allegheny, PA.
