(AURN) -- While former Penn State assistant football coach and convicted child molestor Jerry Sandusky sits in a jail cell, the governor's office hit the NCAA with a lawsuit. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett said in a news conference Wednesday that the NCAA is trying to "weaken" the university by punishing students and nearby businesses who had nothing to do with the charges against Sandusky.
