(AURN) -- Prosecutors in the George Zimmerman murder trial have cast doubt on Zimmerman's claims that Trayvon Martin was beating his head into the ground before he was fatally shot. A medical examiner testified for prosecutors Tuesday that George Zimmerman's injuries were insignificant. Valerie Rao took the witness stand and said the injuries to Zimmerman's head don't reflect that his head was being slammed with great force or as often into a sidewalk as he claims.
