Welfare Queens Image Driving Food Stamp Cuts?

(AURN) -- The Regean-era stereotype of the African-American "welfare queens" continues to spark debate around cuts to the U.S. food stamp program, despite factual evidence that such a person does not exist.  On Nov. 1 the program saw an $11 billion dollar hack and the House of Representatives is currently contemplating another $40 billion dollar cut.
