NABOB Says Settlement Excludes Black Media

(AURN) -- The National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters (NABOB) is demanding that black owned media be a part of a settlement with the Department of Justice and the tobacco industry.  Officials from the organization say the plan is keeping advertising dollars from the black community.
