Chicago Police Go Face-to-Face with Gangs

(AURN) -- It's dubbed 'Custom Notification', a controversial new policing program in Chicago that gives police unprecedented access to gangs.  While police say the program--which includes face-to-face communication with gangs--has reduced gang violence, critics say it could lead to racial profiling.  Whether or not the program catches on nationally remains to be seen.  AURN Correspondent Perry Williams has the story.
