(AURN) -- U.S. Congressman Charlie Rangel's primary victory margin has dwindled, prompting the closest challenger for Rangel's long held U.S. House seat to rescind his consession.  New York State Senator Adriano Espaillat, who is seeking to become the first Dominican-born member of Congress also alleges voter suppression.
