Biden Expected to Address NAACP

(AURN) --  Vice President Joe Biden is expected to address the NAACP 103rd National Convention today at 10amEST.  The second-in-command is expected to stick with Obama's message of supporting the middle class, and many are anxious to hear his rebuttal to Romney's boos when he addressed the convention yesterday.
