(AURN) -- Optimism is high as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is expected to address the International AIDS Conference today in Washington. Meantime, Phill Wilson, President of the Black AIDS Insitute, applauded the Obama administration as the first administration to lay out a national strategy, aimed at fighting the domestic pandemic.
