(AURN) -- Accused Colorado shooter James Holmes had his first day in court Monday after authorities say he openied fire in a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado. The massacre occured during the midnight showing of "The Dark Knight". Holmes will be formerly charged on July 30th for allegedly killing 12 and wounding 58.
