FBI Investigates Death of Chavis Carter
(AURN) -- The Federal Bureau of Investigators have opened an invistigation along side the Jonesboro, Arkansas Police Department on the death of Chavis Carter. Carter died from what reports say was a self inflicted gun shot wound to the head, all while handcuffed.
