Chavis Carter's Death Ruled a Suicide
(AURN) -- The death of 22-year-old Chavis Carter has been ruled a suicide by Little Rock, AK authorities. An autopsy released this morning allegedly supports the police statement that Carter shot himself while handcuffed in the back of a police car.
