(AURN) -- The Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture is getting funky! On the opening night of the Smithsonian Folklife Festival; Dr. Funkenstein himself George Clinton, bassist and singer Meshell Ndegeocello along with Ivan Neville and his band Dumpstaphunk will headline the "Bring Back the Funk" concert.
